Applying for help is easy.
First, request an application via email, fax or mail.
Complete the application and submit to Spark of Hope, remember to include applicaiton, last years family tax returns and supporting medical documantation. After the applicaiton has been recieved, Spark of Hope will review the application and schedule an interview to meet in person and review how best the foundation can help.
After the interview Spark of Hope board will meet and select which grant request can be approved. Spark of Hope does not pay indivisuals directly. Once solutions are approved Spark of Hope will make all purchases directly with vendors.
Spark of Hope works hard to grant every request and should the need be more than what Spark of Hope can offer we will work with you to accomidate all request for help. You are not alone.
